Antonio Ayala

Born in 1994, he is a self-taught painter who has formed his training as a visual artist through travel and observations of the world. He is the son of the artist Antonio Delmar, whom he recognizes as a great inspiration for his craft. However, Antonio seeks an individual plastic language that allows him to find his own motives and themes. For this, he is motivated by the great masters of figurative art in history.

Since 2009, Ayala began to exhibit his work in Peru, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Venezuela, Colombia, Cuba, and in 2015 he had the opportunity to reach New York.

Antonio Ayala has proven to be a painter of convictions rather than experiments, making an effort to go beyond the known technique, the appropriation of his themes and colors, reaching realism, surrealism, and high contrasts.
